ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2004
HERTS SQUASH RACKETS ASSOCIATION

The Annual General Meeting of the Herts SRA will take place on
Monday 14th June 2004
at
Cannons Health Club, Highfield Park Drive, St Albans, Herts
(01727 816111)
(upstairs to top of squash courts and turn left at end)

It is planned to start the evening at 7pm for registration and to start the meeting at 7.30 p.m. A selection of drinks will be provided upstairs.

In order for your club to qualify for entry into the Winter League, a representative must be present at the AGM and record their name and club on the form provided.

Each club is invited to send at least 2 representatives. Voting will be by show of hands of those present at the meeting. At the discretion of the Chairman, voting may be restricted to either ladies or men only.
