Please see the email below which outlines a great opportunity to get publicity for Squash and Racketball facilities so that they can get more members and players as well as increasing the profile of the sports.  The Nestlé GO FREE! campaign and associated vouchers will be on cereal, water and a selection of confectionery packs and be supported by a full TV, radio and billboard campaign commencing June 2009. We have successfully negotiated to have a separate Squash and Racketball section on the website to promote both sports.  It is vital that we get as many clubs/facilities involved so that it is a success this year and ask clubs/facilities to explicitly specify where they can offer both Squash and Racketball (if not then just squash is fine!). The offer of a free session is subject to clubs/facilities court availability that can be specified.

Dear Squash and Racketball Club/Facility

England Squash & Racketball are endorsing this year’s GO FREE! on-pack promotion with Nestlé. We are encouraging clubs and facilities to support this campaign to help get more people on your courts playing Squash and Racketball whilst growing the profile of our sports.

To register your interest click here.

We request that clubs and facilities offer prospective new members a free session when they present vouchers from Nestlé packs. In return clubs/facilities across England will appear on the website (to view the most recent campaign click here: www.nestle-gofree.co.uk) which allows people to find squash courts in their area. The offer of a free session is subject to clubs/facilities court availability that can be specified.

The website is supported by a full TV, radio and billboard campaign commencing June 2009 which is a tremendous opportunity to promote both sports to the wider population.

The promotion is dedicated to encouraging people of all ages to try new sports, get back into activities they may have tried before, or just improve their general health and fitness.

This will be the fourth year of the Nestlé Go Free! Campaign, the UK's largest ever family give away promotion. Vouchers are available on cereal, water and a selection of confectionery packs.

I’m sure you will agree this campaign will offer a great opportunity and positive incentives by encouraging individuals and families to get out and play Squash and Racketball in Summer 2009.

To get involved, just download the agreement form and email or fax it back:

Your help and support in getting more people on your courts playing Squash and Racketball, while helping raise the profile of both sports is greatly appreciated.  England Squash & Racketball encourage and look forward to your involvement in this campaign.
