BAA Stansted Hertfordshire Youth Games 2003

DEADLINE FOR EVENT ENTRIES:     FRIDAY 21st MARCH 2003 at 2pm

DEADLINE FOR TEAM DECLARATIONS: FRIDAY 11th APRIL 2003 at 2pm

This means that the Squash Junior Organisers need to contact their local Council SDO BEFORE then.

Here is a list of local SDO's and will attach the list. Please pass this on to Junior Squash contacts.

Watford/ThreeRivers combined, Stevenage and WelwynHatfield have already entered. 
Hertsmere do not enter the Games at present.

ThreeRivers/Watford are organising transport, polo-shirts and other handouts for the children. The Team Manager gets £30 for the HYG Day and will meet the other Team Managers in their District, before the Games. Other Council Districts may offer similar deals.

The HYGames will have local radio presence and will be advertised on radio and in local newspapers beforehand. The day is a major family event, so please do take advantage of this opportunity.
