All 10 Herts Local Councils were invited to send under-15 Squash Teams to
play at Gosling on 11th May from 10am to 4pm. Five have entered. Visit the

website for more information. 15 sports are played on the day including SQUASH
this year.
Squash letter to Herts SDOs (Sports Development Officers who work for local council)

District Team Managers (local Club Junior Team Organiser)
From County Co-ordinator Annie P. Thomas: -

SDOs have to send the names of all their teams and their players to me by
April 11th. I will then forward team sheets to the organiser of each sport for
checking.

Parental consent forms go to the SDOs so they hold the forms all together in
case of emergency rather than the individual children.

T shirts will be distributed to the teams by the SDOs along with a couple of
other goodies. I have a purple polo shirt for Ron as a sports organiser.

I'll ensure that all 8 courts are now confirmed.

I will definitely need the results as soon as possible after 4pm. Squash
presentation will be immediately at the end of the squash event with Main
Presentations as soon as possible after 4.30pm in the tennis centre.
This
should cover it all.
