Girls Squash Morning – 38 players attended the last morning. Cost to the County was £79.34p. 3 coaches were present. The morning consists of both coaching and games.

We now have approx 80 girls in the Herts rankings which is a fantastic number if you compare this to other counties.
Date of next Girls morning to be fixed but will be May/June,

Grand Prix – U17/U19 – Held at Canons and was a success with many close games. 17 people attended.

The next G.P. is scheduled for the 20/4/08. Canons is a possibility but Ron is to approach Broxbourne to ask if they would be willing to host.

Graded Tournaments – Planned for: 30/3 at Radlett – U10 1.00pm, 10+ 2.30pm.
5/4 at Harpenden – U10 9.30am, 10+ 11.15am.

Coaching: Current costs are – Level 1 - £195, Level 2- £295, Level 3 -£395.

A total of £1000 was allocated to this from our Awards for All. This money should be evenly distributed to clubs all over the County to ensure we have a good spread of coaches. To achieve this it was agreed that any one club could receive a maximum of £200 and any individual from a club a maximum of £100 towards the costs. Anyone applying should complete an application form and the money will be paid on the satisfactory completion of the course. Paying part towards the costs gives the individual an incentive as they are also committing to it.

Awards for All – Going to plan. 28 Children attended R3 from Stevenage.

Interclub – 29 Matches remaining. All OK

New Chairman – Clubs will be asked to nominate any potential candidates by 30/4/08.

AOB : Adrian Waller won French Junior Open U19.

Date of next meeting – Monday 14th April
