| To get the Website Go to the Herts Squash Website at www.herts-squash.org.uk Check for any notice updates regarding the league and squash in Herts in general On the left hand side click on Leagues Online Then click on Winter Mens Squash League Online This takes you to the Transition Computing Website where the online leagues are updated. You will be taken directly to the Hertfordshire section of the website. To Login On the top right hand side you will see ‘home’ and ‘login’. Click on login and you will be taken through a process where you will need to enter your user name and password. To Find Club Rankings On this first page you will see the 5 divisions listed and below all the clubs. If you click on an individual club you will then be taken to the Club Details and then if you scroll down you will see the teams playing in the leagues and then further down the Club Ranking. You will be unable to make any alterations to this page and will need to contact me if you need to change anything. Your teams must play in the published order at all times with no exceptions, the only changes that can be made are at the Christmas break. Please check your ranking lists and inform me if any alterations need to be made. Please make it clear ie the exact position you want to add someone to not just add him to the bottom, as if there are lower teams this causes me lots of confusion. To go back to the front page click on ‘Hertfordshire’ (top right corner) at any time. To find Results Tables If you click on your relevant division you will see the up to date results table. The for and against columns speak for themselves but the 2 right hand columns show the averages, this can be helpful if you’ve got a team who hasn’t as many results entered you can see that they have the potential to be higher in the table. Some results may not have been ‘authorised’ by me and therefore if you click on ‘Unauthorised position’ this will add any results still pending authorisation. You can view these results by clicking on ‘Unauthorised Fixtures’ To view your fixtures click on your relevant team in the table and this will give you a full list with any results to date. If the result has been authorised there will be a tick in the box if it is still pending authorisation there will be a cross. To Input Results Click on the relevant fixture. You will be taken to a page like this. If you are logged in and have authorisation to input results for that team you will have the drop down boxes at the bottom. If you do not have these drop down boxes then check you are logged in and that you have the correct fixture to edit, and if problems persist contact me.
First
of all use the drop down boxes at the bottom to choose the relevant player
and the match score. Do this for both teams. Click ‘Save’ when the result
has been input. |
