To play squash you will need: -

• squash racket
• squash ball
• squash/indoor sports shoes
• t-shirt or polo shirt
• shorts or skirt

You can get away with sports or loose fitting clothes to try the sport, but once you are "hooked" on squash, treat yourself to a good pair of squash shoes. Try them on at the Stevenage R3 Club, in its Just-Rackets shop [Map and Directions]

• Hi-Tec or Asics for narrow shoe
